Billing and renewal
Stripe processes payments for paid subscriptions. Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled. You are responsible for keeping payment details accurate and ensuring you have authority to use the payment method. Stripe may provide checkout, billing portal, invoices, payment method management and payment records.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, or end sooner depending on how the subscription is cancelled in Stripe. Existing data is not intentionally deleted just because of cancellation, but access to paid features may be restricted.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic except where required by law or expressly agreed by OwePath. If you believe there has been a billing problem, contact
hello@owepath.com so it can be reviewed.
Price changes
Prices may change in future. Existing paid users will be told of material price changes where required by law or by the payment/subscription process.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure, using a suitable password, controlling access to your workspace, and checking that any data you enter is accurate and appropriate. You are responsible for your own commercial, contractual and business decisions.
No professional advice
OwePath is a workflow and information-management tool. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, contractual, NEC, quantity surveying, debt recovery or other professional advice. Any dashboards, reports, reminders, AI outputs, forecasts, summaries or suggested actions are for general workflow support only. You must check all outputs before relying on them and take appropriate professional advice where needed.
AI and PDF review
AI features and PDF invoice extraction are for workflow support. AI outputs, extracted invoice values and suggested actions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. They should not be treated as advice or instructions. You remain responsible for reviewing all AI outputs and extracted values before relying on them. Do not submit highly sensitive or confidential information into AI features unless you are comfortable using the service.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use OwePath for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading or infringing purposes;
- upload or enter data you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to access another user's account or data;
- attempt to hack, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service;
- use the product in a way that could damage OwePath, other users or third-party systems;
- treat outputs as a substitute for professional advice or proper commercial review.
User data and confidentiality
You own or control the data you enter into your workspace. You grant OwePath permission to process that data so the service can be provided, secured, tested and improved. Users should avoid entering highly sensitive, confidential, special-category or business-critical data unless they are comfortable using the service.
Intellectual property
OwePath, its software, design, branding, workflows, templates, reports and documentation are owned by or licensed to the operator. You must not copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the product except as permitted by these terms.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Availability is not guaranteed. OwePath may be changed, suspended, limited or withdrawn at any time, subject to any rights you have as a paying user under applicable law.
Liability
OwePath is provided "as is" as an early-stage product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwePath is not responsible for commercial losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contracts, loss of opportunity, business interruption, incorrect decisions, missed deadlines, or other losses arising from reliance on outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if we believe an account is being misused, security is at risk, the service is being harmed, payment has failed, or continued access would create legal, security or operational risk. You can request deletion of your account or data by emailing
hello@owepath.com.
